In 2019, I took a leap of Faith and started my first business, a cleaning company called Angel's Touch (Sole Proprietor)  with a strong vision to offer high end cleaning service to residential houses. Like many first-time entrepreneurs, I wanted my business structured properly from the start, so I went to file what I believed was an LLC, trusting the clerks guidance, but then later I discovered my business had been filed as a sole proprietorship, not an LLC as intended it to be.

   

That experience was disappointing and discouraging. I was clear with the Clerk about wanting to open my business as a LLC but because I didn't know the difference between LLC and a Sole Proprietor I handed over my $250 to the Clerk and when on my way. Fast forwarding,  instead of allowing that setback to stop me, I made a decision that changed everything. I was committed to learning the ins and outs about business formation, structure, and compliance so I would never be in that predicament again! As I continued learning the business language, I realized how common my experience truly is. So many people today have incredible business ideas but don’t know how to move forward, because they don’t know how to take their vision off of the paper and execute it.

   

Others have already started businesses but also feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure whether their business was set up correctly in the first place. They have questions, need clarity, and want guidance but don’t know where to turn. That’s why I established this Consultant business.
